Terms & Conditions – Warranty, Return & Exchange Policy

By placing an order with ARSHI COMPUTER, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding warranty, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Warranty Policy

  • Warranty is provided according to manufacturer / supplier terms.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Original invoice is mandatory for all warranty claims.
  • Warranty starts once the invoice is generated.

⚠ Warranty Will Be Void If:

  • Warranty seal or serial sticker is broken or tampered.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse, power surge, liquid, or physical damage.
  • Product is returned without original box or accessories.

   Accessories & Special Items

  • Accessories carry checking warranty of 3 days only.
  • Printers do not include print-head warranty.
  • Used / refurbished items have checking warranty only.

Return & Exchange Policy

✅ Eligibility

  • Request must be made within 3 days of purchase.
  • Product must be sealed, unused, and unopened.
  • Original invoice and packaging required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Software, licenses, and digital products.
  • Special-order or backordered items.

      Exchange Terms

  • Exchange subject to stock availability.
  • Price difference (if higher) must be paid by customer.
  • If replacement price is lower, difference is not refundable.

⚠ Special Policy – SSD, Hard Disk & RAM

(Market Price Fluctuation Items)

  • Claims are subject to supplier approval.
  • If replacement is not available, refund will be issued at original invoice price only.
  • Market price changes are not adjustable.
  • ARSHI COMPUTER is not responsible for price differences.
  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or invoice-value refund.

By purchasing SSD, HDD, or RAM products, the customer acknowledges and accepts this condition.

   Return / Warranty Process

  • Email us at info@arshicomputer.com.
  • Provide order number and invoice copy.
  • Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

   Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed after inspection and supplier approval.
  • Refund via original payment method or store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

   Final Terms

  • No return or exchange once product is opened.
  • Policy applies to online and in-store purchases.
  • ARSHI COMPUTER reserves the right to approve or reject any claim.
